About Our Business
Hello, I'm Wesley O'Neal. I'm the President of O'Neal Builders, Inc. I was born and raised right here in
eastern North Carolina. I grew up working on a farm where I developed a strong work ethic that is still with
me today. I spent over 20 years in a corporate environment first as a Project Manager, then as an
Engineering Manager, and finally as a Plant Manager. This experience provides a strong foundation for our
building business today.
My family and I started O'Neal Builders in 1998 with a plan to build a family run business based on quality
workmanship, steadfast integrity, and friendly service. I am licensed by the state of North Carolina as a
Residential General Contractor. My license number is 44502. We serve Beaufort County and Pitt County.
As with most contractors, we work with reliable local sub-contractors to complete our projects. However,
over time we have developed the capability to self-perform on some phases of the construction process.
Being "hands on" helps to make sure that each home is constructed to the highest standards.
